Quit Smoking Naturally: Step by Step Meditation Guide



Smoking is one of the worst habit.
Is there any doubt?
No. Because:
While other bad habit hurts people directly; smoking hurts the smoker directly, non-smokers indirectly; but both of them equally. So it’s something like CO (Carbon Mono-oxide) which is called the silent killer. As some people have self-control and health consciousness, they have already given up. Others have opinion but they are not being able to do this. And there is also a third party who just stops for some day and starts again.

Compose your Attestation
For giving up first devise your attestation.


In that note the following terms:
  • Which cigarette do you smoke?
  • How much you smoke?
  • When do you smoke?
  • Why do you smoke?
Now note this:
  • What is your thought about it?
  • Why you want to quit this?
  • What would be the benefit from this?
Now write the main Attestation:
I want to quit smoking for good.
Remember:
You have to follow your attestation accurately. Because it’s not possible by controlling; but quitting. A one and only cigarette is keeping space between quitting and re starting.  
Now let’s talk how meditation can help us:
The following two meditation procedure can help us very well.
PROCEDURE-1
  • Choose a quiet and comfortable where no one will disturb you for at least twenty minutes.
  • Then discuss your thought and opinion about smoking. Now think about the disadvantages of it in the perspective of physical, mental, economical perspective. Tell yourself about them. Set up a mind picture how smokes are affecting your lung. How smokes are biting you like a dangerous snake and diffusing nicotine like poison.
  • Now visualize that you have admitted to stop this. You have done it and aren’t facing any problem at all. You are not facing any side effects. On the alternative you have become healthier, more life full, more youth. More glossiness have come to your face.
  • Then just have feel how it would be if all of this become true.
  • Continue this for forty days. You definitely will be able to quit smoking.
  • You can also implement this technique to get rid of the addiction of alcohol, drug and other destructive narcotics.
If this doesn’t get the result try the following procedure:
POOCEDURE-2
It always doesn’t requires a hard adjuration for quitting. Sometimes the desire is well enough. You can quit just at the time when you are smoking.
But how?
Let’s see:
  • If you really have the intention to smoke; then smoke. But in a lonely place, just alone from others. Smoke silently. Do it with full concentration.
  • Now give attention to your body:
                                                      Set up a picture that the puff is approaching to your lung and forming the size of a dangerous snake.
                                         It’s biting you continuously. Diffusing its poison into your blood. Your blood is becoming contagious. It’s losing its color, power of carrying Oxygen.
                                                      Visualize the reaction of your nose, mouth, troika, heart etc.
  • Take the second puff and do as before.
  • Now write about your experience in a note book.
  • After that whenever you feel attraction to cigarette open the note and read it.
Your mind will prevent you doing this again

Never smoke in public. Every time you smoke make a note.

Study Tips: The Ultimate Guide for Doing Well in Examination


Who doesn’t want to do well in the exam? 
Definitely every student wants weather he is good in study or not. Even the laziest students want to do it. Every student is desperately trying to have his dreamed mark in the exam.
So the Million dollar Question is:

It’s not very hard task to do well in exam and it doesn’t require reading all day and night long. It only requires to fulfill the following conditions.
The Conditions are:


  1. Determination of doing well
  2. Continuous concentration in study
  3. Effective use of time
  4. Not being nervous in the examination hall
Now let’s discuss about the terms above
 
Determination of doing well
You know:
If you don't have a goal, you will not achieve anything. Your goal is your driver.
You should determine how much mark (700, 750 or 900) you want to achieve like.

Note that it will have to be definite. Now make a mind picture about it. This picture will lead you.

Continuous concentration in study
Concentration in study requires only an exercise of two minutes. After doing this exercise you will be continuously concentrated in study. For doing this follow the instruction below.

·         Tale a deep breath
·         Now tell yourself without any sound

Effective use of time

What have you done today?
What you should?
There is not a habit better than effective use of time. Time that passed away will never come back. We all know the proverb

"Time and tide wait for none."

And finally at night when you are going to bed, ask yourself,
Have you done your tasks properly?
Not being nervous in the examination hall
Majority if the students earns a poor mark for their nervousness in the examination hall. Whenever they heard the word ‘EXAMINATION’ they become pale in fear. As a result they forget the known objects in the examination hall. Can’t remember the answer of the easiest question in the viva voce.
So what is the solution:
To get rid of this recite the following sentences bellow.

"I have read all the objectives of this subject very well. I know them all very well. I will be able write all the answer properly. I will never get feared. I will get my desired marks in this subject.
Apart from this you should try to touch all the question. Maintain the time granted for the examination. Always try to give answer to the point. You should use color pens beside the black pen. But never use a red one as it’s only for the teachers."

Follow the rules every time. Give a more little bit effort in your study. Eventually you will get your result.
